Explore all manner of spirits outside the world of rum and their application to the world of tropical cocktails. Both common and esoteric international spirits will be showcased. Pulling from Kyle Rioux’s upcoming book, Booze Without Borders, attendees will receive take-home recipes to experiment with their own rum-less but still boozy tropical cocktails.
