  • Pick up your tickets in the form of a wristband at Registration starting Wednesday afternoon at 2pm.

    Download the eventbrite app OR bring a print out of your ticket OR pull up your ticket on your phone. 

  • To retrieve your ticket: Log in to you Eventbrite Account

  • Here's how to transfer a ticket:

    Log in to you Eventbrite Account

    Go to the "Tickets" section and select your order. 

    Click "Edit" or "Edit order" next to the attendee's name. 

    Change the name and email address to the new attendee's information. 

    Important: If you see the option, check the box to send a confirmation email to the new attendee. 

    Save your changes. 

  • Daytime: During the day you can shop in the Marketplace (Sat/Sun) and wander the grounds without a ticket. Seminar tickets are a la carte – we highly recommend you purchase those in advance to guarantee a spot! 

    After 4pm: The entire hotel will be for ticket holders ONLY after 4pm.

    Note to ticket holders:  you will be required to wear this wristband (on your wrist) at all times during the events. Cut off wristbands will not be accepted  – don’t take your wristband off at any time! If they are too tight, please stop by the registration desk where they will cut off the wristband and apply a new wristband.

  • All tickets are non-refundable. You may log into Eventbrite and transfer your ticket to another name.

  • Yes, there will be entertainment!

    During the day we have live bands and disc jockeys poolside, and disc jockeys in on the Flamingo Lawn and Monkey Bar areas.

    In the Evening there is a main stage concert with bands on the Martini Lawn. And late night we move the party into one of our ballrooms for live music and top burlesque talent.

    • Minors must be supervised by an adult

    • All ages are welcome. Kids 5 years and over are required to have a ticket to event.

  • No. Booking a room at the main hotel  does not include admission to any of the events. You must purchase tickets separately.

  • Seminar tickets may be redeemed at the door of the seminar. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your seminar.

  • We only sell single night tickets for our Luau event on Wednesday or our closing party on Sunday.

    If you want to join us on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday you must purchase a three-day ticket. We believe Tiki Oasis is best experienced if you stay and enjoy the full weekend!

  • Alas, no. All ticket holders must be present when picking up tickets.

  • Tiki Oasis allows chairs on the Martini Lawn in designated areas.

    There is no ‘saving of space’ at the concert. Chairs that are empty for long durations of time are subject to removal.

    Note that EACH NIGHT chairs will be removed to allow for daytime events. Pick up your chair!

  • YES there are many delish food options all weekend long! There is the food court in the Flamingo Lawn, The casual Lapper Restaurant and the upscale Arlo Restaurant!

  • Furry friends are welcome at Town and Country.

    We ask that furry friends are on leash the full time AND the resort policy during Tiki Oasis is no furry friends in the meeting spaces including conference center lobby and seminar rooms.

  • The Marketplace is free and open to the public on Saturday and Sunday only, 10am-4pm.

  • Parking is approx $18 per day per vehicle. There is no RV parking.

    Parking can get limited, so plan in advance. If you are joining us for the day, consider taking the Trolley or other public transportation.

  • Tiki Oasis is proud to be an environment where everyone can have a great time and feel safe at the same time. As per other large scale events, we have a no weapons policy. Please read this entire policy before attending Tiki Oasis.

    The following items are forbidden at the Tiki Oasis event:

    • Functional firearms (including air soft guns, BB guns, cap guns, paintball guns and pellet guns)

    • Realistic replica firearms (including reproduction, fake or toy guns that can be confused for functional real firearms)

    • Functional projectile weapons (including blow guns, crossbows, long bows and slingshots)

    • Sharpened metal-bladed weapons (including axes, daggers, hatches, knives, swords and switch blades)

    • Explosives (including firecrackers and fireworks)

    • Chemical weapons (including mace and pepper spray) and Aerosol mustard

    • Blunt weapons (including brass knuckles, clubs and nunchaku)

    • Instruments that cause excessive noise levels like vuvuzelas, grenade whistles and grenade horns

    Prop weapons will be allowed providing they are composed of cardboard, foam, wood, plastic or other light materials. Prop firearms are allowed only if they cannot be mistaken for real weapons. The barrel of all prop firearms must be covered with brightly-colored orange caps. Security will be on hand to assess all props. Get creative with your costumes but just be smart and safe about it!
