If you have questions about where to pick up your tickets or what you need to pick up your tickets, you’ve found the right place!
Make note of the type of ticket you purchase! General tickets are: 3 NIGHT (includes Thursday-Saturday and Midnight Burlesque Show) OR 4 NIGHT (includes Thursday-Sunday and Midnight Burlesque Show. These tickets do NOT include admission to symposium presentations. There are options for a full access deluxe /cocktail pass to the entire event or a la carte tickets to customize your experience.
Booking a room in at the main hotel or any of the suggested hotels does not include admission to the event. You must purchase tickets separately.
Please bring a copy of your receipt to Registration.

Yes, you must purchase a ticket to attend the event on Thursday at the Bali Hai. Only Tiki Oasis ticket holders will be able to eat and drink in the restaurant at the Bali Hai - everyone on premise from the top dining room to the outside lanai must have purchased a ticket! If you are set with a ticket and are interested in a sit down dinner at the event the Bali Hai restaurant, reservations are going fast and almost booked solid, you can call them at (619) 222-1181.
Once you are registered you will be given a wristband that allows you access to the event. You will be required to wear this wristband (on your wrist) at all times during the event. Cut off wristbands will not be accepted and NO you will not be issued a second wristband – so don’t take your wristband off at any time! Cut off wristbands will result in you having to purchase your ticket at full price AGAIN!
Children 17 should be under the watch of a supervising adult. Keep in mind that Tiki Oasis events do feature performances of an adult nature so please consult our schedule to make an informed decision about what is appropriate for the children in your group.
If you are 21 or over, bring a current I.D. or passport to receive a 21 and older wristband. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at all of our events for those 21 and over in age. Minors are not allowed at any time to be in possession of an alcoholic beverage.
To pick up up your Symposium Tickets, please bring a copy of your receipt to the door at Symposium location. These locations vary so please consult the schedule in your program.
If you have purchased a Deluxe Cocktail or Deluxe Weekend ticket for Tiki Oasis, this credential grants you “early bird” access to symposiums. Note: The privilege of early entry for this ticket expires 10 minutes before start time of symposiums, at that time entry and seating reverts to general admission.
We suggest you arrive at 15 minutes early to all symposiums to allow for ticket processing at the door of the event. Note that for some symposiums we are processing over 100 attendees! The Cocktail Symposiums are restricted to those 21 years in age and over. Proof of age will be required at the door.
Tiki Oasis Event & Symposium Tickets are non-refundable after July 27th! Symposiums are subject to change or cancellation. Refunds will be issued for cancelled symposiums at the discretion of Tiki Oasis.
Occasionally room parties occur at Tiki Oasis. These parties are private and by invitation only. If you receive an invitation or are otherwise invited by public notice or other clandestine information, this invitation should not be shared. You must have a wristband in order to be on the hotel property during the entire Tiki Oasis weekend therefore you must have a wristband to attend any room party unless you have express written consent of the room owner. No person under 21 is allowed in a room party that is serving alcohol.
